We like to think we offer the clearest and easiest returns policy in the industry. Here it is:-
If a fitting does not meet with your 100% satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, and unlike many other shops with Italian Lighting Center there are no cheeky re-stocking fees.
We will even collect the fitting for you, and when we refund you, we will refund you in full, including the SHIPPING!
You must notify us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
This returns policy applies to all the chandeliers and fittings you see online. It does not apply to custom projects. To ensure you satisfaction with custom projects, we offer a full design/sample and after sales service to ensure satisfaction
Terms - The written consent of the Italian Lighting Centre must be obtained before cancellation of any order becomes operative. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without first notifying the Company.
Before returning goods, please tell the Italian Lighting Center and give reasons for the return, as the feedback is important to us, and helps us improve our service. Italian Lighting Centre will issue a return note, which must accompany the returned goods.
The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging where possible, to minimise, risk of damage in transit.
You must make yourself or someone else in your absence available for collection of the goods.
