Returns Policy

We like to think we offer the clearest and easiest returns policy in the industry. Here it is:- 

If a fitting does not meet with your 100% satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it. It must be complete, unused and in its original packaging and unlike with many other shops, Italian Lighting Center has no re-stocking fees. You must notify us in writing or by phone of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it. This is because we have a limited time frame in which to seek recourse with our suppliers for faulty/incorrect goods and with the carriers for any damage in transit. 

This returns policy applies to all the chandeliers and fittings you see online and does not apply to custom projects, special orders and off-catalogue items which are not returnable under any circumstances, unless faulty. In addition trade accounts are subject to a separate trade terms & returns policy. This is sent to you with your first trade order and is available upon request. 

The written or verbal consent of Italian Lighting Center must be obtained before cancellation of any order becomes operative. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without first notifying the Company. Before returning goods, we welcome any feedback you can give for the reasons for your return as the feedback is important in helping us improve our service. 

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods back to us. No credit is given for lost returns. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper who offers insurance and tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
