A fabulous suspended ceiling light made of hand crafted individual strips of prismatic Murano glass, on a chrome frame. This is a very classic mid-20th century design, currently enjoying a revival.

As light shines through a prism, it is broken up into its spectral components – in other words, the colours of the rainbow. This is the same phenomenon which occurs when the sun shines on raindrops. The result is a beautiful and subtle multi-coloured lighting display.
