Mid-century white corteccia glass chandelier in custom sizes
This is a lovely modern-day interpretation of a classic mid-century chandelier design, crafted by hand using the “corteccia” or “bark” pattern. This pattern allows the bulbs to be concealed while still allowing for excellent light diffusion, and was first used by Venini and Veronese in the 1950s.
This chandelier belongs to our own private collection of hand-crafted mid-century lighting and chandeliers based on historical designs by Venini, Vistosi and Mazzega. We therefore have free rein when it comes to size and colour. You will benefit from precise shapes and brand new metal fittings, as well as custom finishes. One of the most important plusses is that you can order as many as you like!
The price quoted here is for the sixty centimetre chandelier with white and clear Murano glass diffuser. Please tell us in our options boxes if you would like a 24 carat gold-plated frame or a chrome-plated frame.
Please get in touch with us if you would like to talk about custom options and sizes.
