This is the spectacular and highly innovative “Atlantis 250” suspended ceiling light, designed by Barlas Baylar for the Florence-based lighting manufacturer Terzani.

Nearly three miles of illuminated and handcrafted silver-coloured nickel chains are suspended in a fluid waterfall, creating a mesmerizing and liquid lighting display. This is a unique lighting experience.

We saw this wonderful product at Euroluce 2015 in Milan and found that it was impossible to resist the temptation to run our fingers through the softly-undulating chains.
